I'd love to support you on your wellness journey. Here are ways we can work together.

Health Coaching

As your private health and wellness coach, I will be a supportive mentor who helps you reach your wellness goals and feel your best through personalized, one-on-one encouragement around finding the foods and lifestyle practices that work best for you.  I provide guidance and accountability in the realm of exercise and nutrition but can also touch on relationships, career, and stress management, as we embark on a journey toward optimal holistic health.

Private Pilates Instruction

A little one-on-one attention goes a long way. A private Pilates session is the most effective way to learn, practice and perfect your Pilates performance. You’ll receive undivided attention with a session customized entirely to your specific needs and goals. Sessions are held in a private studio and include movements using the reformer, tower, chair, ladder barrel, and mat.  I welcome all people with various fitness levels or challenges and can help you to move with ease, heighten your awareness and improve your overall fitness level.

About Megan

As an IIN Certified Holistic Health Coach & Balanced Body Pilates Instructor, I am your trusted wellness guide and mentor who aims to motivate, educate, inspire and support you along your wellness journey to a more confident, balanced and energetic life.

I was fortunate to begin my training in Pilates at the age of 20 with Master Instructor Chris Rhoades, while attending college in San Antonio.  My personal Pilates practice continued for 16 years until I pursued my Comprehensive Pilates Certification with Balanced Body in 2018.   During my own wellness journey, I found a deep passion for the profound healing effects of Pilates and I'm now focused on sharing this knowledge with my clients.  Through my teaching, I strive to create a personalized program that will guide each student toward a balance of strength, length, ease and awareness within their body.  Warmly welcoming people with various fitness levels or challenges, I strongly believe that this versatile practice can transform your body, mind, and life as it has my own.
